• The items shown on this site are available for Customization according to the information on the products page. Our customization services require you to contact us with the specific information noted underneath your item in it's full description under CUSTOMIZE YOUR ITEM. If the item you want customized is not currently available on this site please contact us by choosing Contact Seller with the item name and your request, then refer to our reply Email about Customizing your order.
EVENTED CUSTOMIZATION & PRICING
• The pricing shown on this site for an item is for Evented Designer's personal Customization and/or handling of your item(s).
• Any items you need customized that is not shown on this site will have a $1.50 - $5.00 Custom Order Fee to be paid at www.evented.yolasite.com/ac via the (buy it now) button. You will need to pay the Customization fee start your order's Customization.
***Large orders to be customized such as Wedding Invitation Suites, Party Decor etc. may incur a fee larger than $5.00. Some prices shown on this website are bulk pricing for multiple quantities. For any quantities needed that are less than those shown please contact us.

---HOW TO ORDER A PRODUCT YOU WANT US TO CUSTOMIZE
1. Click the ( Contact Seller ) link beside the item under Seller Information. Notify us that you are purchasing an item you want customized, include the item's name and all the information you want on the item (see info located underneath CUSTOMIZE YOUR ITEM).
2. Add the item to your cart and update the qty field if you need more than one order of that item or set.
3. Pay for the item via Paypal.

You can also contact us here and ask for your item's personal E link. A personal E link will carry you directly to the product you want to view and customize. To request an item's E link please click the ( Contact Seller ) link under Seller Information and ask to be sent your item's E link. Please include the item's name in your message, and please have a valid email address.
---HOW TO USE AN E LINK
1. Click the ( Contact Seller ) link beside the item under Seller Information and request your product's E link. You will need to tell us the exact name of the item in your message.
2. Click on the link or copy and paste the link we send you via email.
3. Customize your item. (If you decide you want us to customize the item please contact us by email.)
4. Add the item to your cart, change any quantities as needed, checkout via that website.
5. Expect confirmation of your order, shipping details for your order and communications about your order via that website. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about your order.
- For all orders you need customized by Evented please allow 1-2 Business days for confirmation by email from us of your order's completeness and integrity, and 1-2 Business days of Customization Handling time before your items is shipped. We are not able to complete orders without the information stated under the item. Please submit any needed information or questions to us before placing your order. Please have a valid email address to communicate with us.
• Please allow 7-10 Business Days for arrival of your product. Please contact us if your product has not arrived after 7 Business Days. Shipping is always $3.00 or less for each item via this site.
• Proofs: If you would like a digital proof of your item please contact us via the ( Contact Seller ) link under Seller Information, and request a digital proof.
• Physical Samples: If you would like a physical sample of your item please contact us via the ( Contact Seller ) link under Seller Information, and request a sample. Samples of Basic Invitations are $3.00 each.
• Errors: Any errors or missing information with placed orders will delay the Handling & Shipping time of your order.
• Returns: We do not accept returns however please contacts us about any errors of info or photos that are made on our part. We will get the right product in your hands within a week or issue a refund.
ECRATER CART, CHECKING OUT & EVENTED BILLING
• To add multiple sets of the same item to your cart you will need to add the item to your cart once and change the Qty field to 2, 3 etc.
• All orders are processed through Paypal. Any Custom Order Invoices & Billing will be done through Paypal.
